Kent Ridge native and the Black Mountains (South Dakota)
I have always wanted to go South Dakota to check out the carved heads in Mount Rushmore. After watching this video, I learnt so much more about a history of America I never knew about and I think I don’t want to see the rocks anymore, I want the treaties to be honoured. Aaron Huey is fighting a very difficult battle with a lot of implications but the defining moment for him was when he chose to take a side regardless of journalistic instincts and chose to stand up for what is right, no matter the odds. Sometimes, they is just all that life is about, right? Standing up for what is right.
